Products without quality issues (such as no process defects or inconsistent descriptions);

By placing an order, you are deemed to have confirmed the product details (including material, size, design drawing, etc.).
We offer high-definition product images and detailed descriptions. We suggest you purchase carefully based on your own needs. - Handling of exceptional cases
If the product you receive has any of the following problems, please provide photos and video evidence of the unworn item to [contact@jewelryershop.com] within 24 hours after signing for it, we will verify and negotiate a solution:
Severe damage caused by transportation;

International orders may involve tariffs, which shall be borne by the buyers themselves.
